A therapeutic space to understand, support, and grow together

Within our psychiatry and psychology center, we offer specialized group therapy sessions for individuals living with addiction (substances, alcohol, gambling, etc.) or personality disorders (borderline, avoidant, dependent, etc.).

The groups are led by experienced professionals in a safe, compassionate, and confidential environment, allowing participants to share, connect, and progress together.

Why group therapy?

Group therapy provides a unique and complementary experience to individual therapy. It allows participants to:

  • Break isolation often associated with personality disorders and addictive behaviors
  • Develop relational, emotional, and social skills
  • Learn to regulate emotions, recognize triggers, and better understand behaviors
  • Receive supportive and constructive feedback from others facing similar challenges
  • See themselves differently through others’ perspectives, in a respectful environment

Who is it for?

Our groups are intended for individuals who:

  • are struggling with an active addiction or are in recovery,
  • have been diagnosed with a personality disorder (or display significant traits),
  • wish to work on interpersonal relationships, emotion regulation, impulsivity, or self-esteem,
  • are motivated to engage in a personal growth process within a group setting.

Session structure

  • Closed or semi-open groups, depending on the format
  • Small groups of 6 to 10 participants
  • Weekly 90-minute sessions
  • Integrative approach (inspired by DBT, CBT, psychoeducation, etc.)
  • Possibility to combine with individual therapy within our center

Our philosophy

We believe that connection with others is a powerful driver of change. Group therapy offers a space to experience new ways of relating, learn to set boundaries, embrace emotions, and grow at one’s own pace, supported by both the group and a structured therapeutic framework.
